New Market Seventh-day Adventist Community Services Center

The purpose of the New Market Seventh-day Adventist Community Services Center (CSC) is to serve the poor and hurting in Christ's name. Its function is to extend emergency financial assistance, food, and clothing, making aid available to those it determines are eligible, without reference to race or religious affiliation.

These services includes needy families primarily in Shenandoah County.  Examples of eligibility includes low income families, elderly on fixed-incomes, disabled, temporarily unemployed,  etc.

The CSC is staffed by volunteers that sort, mend, and wash clothing which is donated to the church.  We assist clients that come in for free clothing and food, as well as emergency financial assistance.

The CSC also has a food store which carries vegetarian food products (frozen, canned, and packaged).   Proceeds go to provide financial assistance to eligible clients.

We accept donations of clean clothing, non-perishable food, and some furniture.

Entrance is at the northeast corner of the church
